2. Services Offered

We offer:

• Video production and editing
• Content strategy and storytelling
• Creative consulting

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon in a written proposal or contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All content we create (videos, scripts, visuals, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Creathives until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for your agreed purpose only. Raw files and project files are not included unless specified.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeline (typically within 7-15 days from the invoice date).
• A project may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or project delays.

5. Revisions & Approvals

• We typically allow up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable unless otherwise stated.
• Additional revisions may be charged based on our hourly rate.
• Timely feedback from clients is essential to meet deadlines.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear and complete information required for the project.
• Approve or request changes to work within agreed timelines.
• Maintain open and respectful communication throughout the project duration.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, payment for completed work will still be required.
• Refunds are only provided if the cancellation occurs before any work has commenced.
• Any unused deposit will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creathives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to keep all confidential project details, materials, and discussions secure and private. We expect the same confidentiality from clients.

10. Use of Work for Portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed, Creathives reserves the right to display completed work (including case studies or visuals) in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
