The Script Lab PROCESS

READ

At The Script Lab, once a story is submitted it is reviewed by three groups of writers with varied experience

DEVELOP

Chosen script(s) will be further developed by our writing team in collaboration with the original writer

PROMOTE

Once the script is developed, our marketing team will reach out to potential production houses and OTT platforms

PRODUCE

If a script is picked, a mutual contract will be drawn to begin development and an appropriate fee will be paid

HOW DOESThe Script Lab cLASSIFY CREATORS

STORYTELLERS

Anyone who can come up with a good story.
Anyone that intends to develop that story into a film or a web series.
Anyone who does not have the expertise to turn a story/concept into a script.
Interested storytellers will need to submit a one-page synopsis/blurb of their story/concept.

WRITERS

Anyone who has a full-fledged or a half-developed script/synopsis.
The Script Lab will develop the script/pitch document further and make it ready to be submitted to production houses/OTTs.
The writer will be remunerated if the project is picked and green-lit.
The writer will be roped in to further develop the screenplay and shooting script and will be entitled to higher remuneration
